HOUSE SEASONED TOFU
Ingredients
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon umami seasoning
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon oil (I used sunflower)
1 block tofu (extra firm, or pressed firm tofu work best)
Method
Serves 4, easily doubled
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix all spices together in a large bowl
Cube tofu and add 1 tablespoon oil of choice
Mix together and add to baking tray
Bake for 15 minutes at 450, then broil on high for 2-3 minutes watching closely so they don’t burn

Can be eaten hot or cold, or even raw
